If you have read our Home Ownership How It Works page and are interested in applying for a Habitat home, please take the first easy step and send us a Pre-Application Form. If you have a printer, print the form, fill it out, and mail to the address on the form. If you can’t print it, request the form via phone or e-mail and we’ll mail the form to you. When we receive your completed Pre-Ap, you will receive a reply within 30 days.
